A Delightful Habitation

Doctrine & Covenants 124

Isn't this a beautiful description of an ideal home? - "Let it be a delightful habitation for man, and a resting-place for the weary traveler, that he may contemplate the glory of Zion" (D&C 124:60). Actually it's a description of an inn the saints were to build in Nauvoo, but I think "a delightful habitation for the weary" is what I want my home to be.

This is a long section, with a lot of information, particularly about the priesthood, and other people of done a great job of explaining it. Go here to see what the institute manual has to say.
