Adeline
Nobility: Exalted moral character or excellence; dignity
Abraham 3:22
Now the Lord had shown unto me, Abraham, the intelligences that were organized before the world was; and among all these there were many of the noble and great ones.
Adeline joined our family this year, so, just like with last year's babies, there hasn't been a lot of time to get to know her and her unique qualities. However, the name "Adeline" means noble and kind. Since kindness was already taken (although I'm sure Adeline will grow up to be very kind), I'm selecting nobility for her trait.
We are all of royal birth, and we should treat everyone - including ourselves - with dignity and respect. I'm thinking maybe we should send Adeline (and her sisters) some crowns! What do you think?
While the pure in heart, and the wise, and the noble, and the virtuous, shall seek counsel, and authority, and blessings constantly from under thy hand.
