Five Impactful Talks

In preparation for general conference this time around I asked myself what my all-time most impactful conference talks were, and here are the answers. I didn't spend a lot of time on my question, because I figured my first thoughts would be the best answer. However, maybe I will give more time to this before next conference, because taking more time to ponder was one of the messages I received multiple times during Saturday's sessions.

1 - Elder Holland's "Because She is a Mother" - April 1997

2 - Elder McConkie's last testimony - "The Purifying Power of Gethsemane" - April 1985

3 - Elder Scott - "First Things First" - April 2001

4 - Elder Monson - "The Faith of a Child" - October 1975

5 - Elder Oaks - "Good, Better, Best" - October 2007

Because these are meaningful to me, I have posted about a couple of them before. Here are my earlier thoughts:

My cousin's prayer was answered.

Finding balance in my life.
